Invading Swine, Swans and Worms - Oh My!

Our 9th Annual Education Symposium was a tremendous success.  This year’s guest speakers, Bernie Williams and Dan Hirchert, shared information regarding exotic animal species which are invading our region. Early detection, identification and prompt best management techniques will reduce the negative impacts of these unwelcomed critters. Symposium attendees celebrated this year’s Sweat Equity Award Winner, Ken Solis who diligently protects our Milwaukee County Park Natural Areas.  Everyone enjoyed local food refreshments and twelve lucky raffle winners returned home with nearly $1,400 in prizes!

Mark your calendars for the 10th Annual Education Symposium:  November 15, 2016!
