Washington County Parks is joining the Garlic Mustard Pull-a-Thon event this year in an effort to combat invasive species in our County parks and natural areas. This effort aims to reduce Garlic Mustard and Dame’s Rocket presence and to preserve both the biodiversity and natural scenic beauty of our natural areas. Join staff and make a difference in your community in our inaugural year of the Garlic Mustard Pull-a-Thon!

Our Team's first pull on 4/23 at Richfield Historical Society went great. We had 13 middle schoolers and 6 adult volunteers who pulled 12 bags of garlic mustard!

Join our upcoming Pull-A-Thon workdays:

• Friday, May 29^th 12pm-2pm at Homestead Hollow County Park. We will waive the park entrance fee for volunteers that day. Register at Washington County Parks & Trails: Garlic Mustard Pull-A-Thon.
• Friday, June 12^th 1pm-4pm at Glacier Hills County Park. We will waive the park entrance fee for volunteers that day.
